Safeeakh (סָפִיחַ caphiyach {saw-fee’-akh}) is a word of Hebrew origin that describes the new life or ‘volunteer’ after-growth from spilled kernels. A previous abundant harvest often leaves behind self sown seeds that spontaneously grow of their own accord.
Safeeakh Farms has volunteered to do the research necessary to bring organic, healthy and sustainable farming back into the world’s remembrance.
